  • Delivery time within the US is 3-4 days.


  • Paris Splendeur shawls are 100% handmade and may have slight variations, which add to the unique character of the products.

  • Minor inconsistency, if any, is due to the uniqueness of the product and hint of handcrafted work. You may cancel an order before the initiation of shipment. 

  • The woven borders, edges (if applicable), and total size might vary up to +/-5cm.

  • The buyer must inform Paris Splendeur via email, writing to, within 5 days of receiving the product in case of a return or exchange. The team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a return shipping label and the product must arrive no later than 5 days after receiving the return label.

  • Returns or exchanges are possible as long as the product was not worn and arrived at our location without any stains or other damages.

  • A refund (excl. shipping and transaction fees) or exchange is offered if all criteria are met


  • You will be notified when your return has been processed.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Note that your bank or credit card company may take longer to process and post the refund.

  • The "Gift product" you ordered addationally if any, by paying for the shipment is also non-returnable.
